  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas due to logistical constraints.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return request initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
  • Belts (due to sizing and hygiene concerns)
  • Bottles (for health and safety reasons)
  • Apparel and Bottoms (if tags are removed or if the item has been worn or washed)

Items from the BEST SELLERS or Baseball Collection purchased at a promotional discount may have specific return conditions. Please check the product page at the time of purchase for details.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Get Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship to:

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., size or color):

  • We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If the item is available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost.
