1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Belts (due to sizing and hygiene concerns)
- Bottles (for health and safety reasons)
- Apparel and Bottoms (if tags are removed or if worn/washed)
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received by our warehouse.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchange Process
If you request an exchange for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
